29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) TNT Oil Co., 2215 Irvine Run Rd., Irvine, PA. On or about March 12, 2014, employees were working around and with chemicals that included but not limited to, crude oil and acetylene. Employees had not been trained on the hazards of the chemicals and materials they are exposed to in their work area.
