29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: (a) Where employees were operating chain saws and working around wood working equipment where the 8 hour time weighted average exceeded 85 decibels, baseline and annual audiometric testing was not provided to exposed employees. One employee's exposure was documented at 428% of dose with an average exposure of 100.3 decibels and a maximum exposure of 131.5 decibels over 8 hours and 11 minutes of exposure.
