29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv) a) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Warehouse, Forklift Charging Area. - On or about July 26, 2013, flexible cord was being used for the fixed wiring of an EnerSys brand battery charging unit. b) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Trash Room, Cardboard Baler. - On or about July 26, 2013, flexible cord was being used for the fixed wiring of a cardboard baler unit and the flexible cord was permanently attached to the wall surface. c) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Trash Room, Trash Compactor. - On or about July 26, 2013, flexible cord was being used for the fixed wiring of a trash compacting unit and the flexible cord was run in the structural ceiling. d) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, 2nd floor battery charging area. - On or about July 26, 2013, flexible cord was being used for the fixed wiring of an EnerSys brand battery charging unit. e) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, 2nd floor battery charging area. - On or about July 26, 2013, flexible cord was being used for the fixed wiring of a North East brand battery charging unit.
