On or about June 27, 2013, the employer failed to ensure pendant controls to the overhead cranes were appropriately labeled, exposing employees to struck by or overhead hazards including but not limited to: a) 10 Ton Gaffey Overhead Crane located in the Main Building, A Line. b) 1 Ton, Coffing, Hoist located in the Main Building, near Door 4.
