29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Jobsite located at 21 seventh Street, Beach Heaven NJ, 08008: Company employees from Hitech Construction did not have scaffold training. The employees were using a pump jack scaffold to install the siding on a residence under construction. Occurred on or about 03/06/2012.
