29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer shall train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. a) A Lead Training Program covering the topics listed in the Lead Standards (OSHA 1910.1025) had not been provided to employees working in the in the Blasting Area who were exposed to an 8-hour TWA (Time Weighed Average) lead concentration of 35.3 ug/m3 which exceeded the OSHA's AL (Action Level) of 30.0 ug/m3 by a factor of 1.18.
