29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in cleaning, laundry and housekeeping activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace. Hazardous chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to Ecolab 6100036 High Performance Neutral Floor Cleaner, Ecolab 6102257 Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner, Ecolab 6102106 No-Rinse Alkaline Floor Cleaner, Ecolab 6101041 73 Disinfecting Acid Bathroom Cleaner, and Ecolab 6101975 Oasis Laundry Fresh Room Refresher.
