29 CFR 1910.124(b)(4)(ii): Mechanical ventilation did not conform to NFPA 34-1995, Standard for Dip Tanks Containing Flammable or Combustible Liquids: Ref. "5-6, Materials of Construction. Exhaust ducts and fasteners shall be constructed of steel." Wash Area: On, or about, July 1, 2025, corrugated poly vinyl chloride (PVC) hose was used in the ventilation system for the oil coating tanks. The tanks contained either Solvent 6733 or Cosmoline 1104 HF, both Category 4 flammable liquids.
