29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer shall certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection: Prior to April 9, 2025, at a facility located at 200 North Grand Avenue in Rothschild, WI; the employer had not certified that a periodic inspection of the "High Pressure Eductor Pump Lockout" procedure had been performed. On April 9, 2025, the employer conducted and certified a periodic inspection of the procedure after an incident involving the release of cooking acid and sulfur dioxide during the servicing and maintenance of the High Pressure Eductor Pump.
