29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: a) TFA3 Inc dba Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting - 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA - main work area south side of building: On or about February 4, 2025, the employer provided and required employees to wear half-mask elastomeric and N95 respirators while performing painting and auto body work and did not fit-test all employees prior to initial use in accordance with this section. TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639454, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA. TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723247, citation number 2, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA. No abatement certification or documentation required.
