CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls were acquired by employees: On or about November 6, 2024, at the fabrication area of the jobsite located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, employees who performed servicing and/or maintenance of an edge banding machine (i.e. HolzHer - Model No. 1402MFE - Serial No. 1895/0-010) were not trained, thus exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
