29 CFR 1910.177(c)(3): The employer did not evaluate each employee's ability to service rim wheels safely: On or about September 24, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in wheel servicing activities in the maintenance building of Rail Modal Group, LLC located at 549 County Road T, Fremont, Nebraska were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not evaluate each employee's ability to service single-piece semi-truck rim wheels safely. Instances included, but were not limited to: i. On or about September 24, 2024, where employees serviced 255 and 295 R75 single-piece semi-truck rim wheels from the ground outside of a restraining device and ii. On or about December 3, 2024, where employees serviced 255 and 295 R75 single-piece semi-truck rim wheels in a tire cage without a barrier.
