At 1 Pauwels DR, Washington, MO, 63090, On June 20, 2024 and at times prior thereto, Employees were exposed to hazards associated with the sudden energization of equipment from three presses, ST-PB-01 Cincinnati Model 90 Pro F S/n 53949, ST-PB-03 Cincinnati Model 175PF+10 S/N 57462, ST-PB-02 Cincinnati Model 175+10 S/N 57463.
