29 CFR 1926.502(d)(21): Personal fall arrest systems shall be inspected prior to each use for wear, damage and other deterioration, and defective components shall be removed from service. a) On or about May 28, 2024, with respect to a worksite located at 2408/2410 Canter Lane, Green Bay, WI 54304, the employer did not ensure that components of personal fall arrest systems were inspected prior to use and that defective components were removed from service. b) On or about May 28, 2024, with respect to a worksite located at 2412/2414 Canter Lane, Green Bay, WI 54304, the employer did not ensure that components of personal fall arrest systems were inspected prior to use and that defective components were removed from service.
