29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(i): The employer did not comply with all the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard for lead: a) 201 Ferry Street, Easton PA Facility - On or about April 23, 2024, and at times prior, employees worked on a daily basis in the back room where there was presence of lead and the employer did not train employees on the chemical hazards of lead in accordance with the Hazard Communication Standard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
