29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D):Where attached to building surfaces; On or about April 4th, 2024, employees engaged in production operations in the facility located at 3302 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, Nebraska, were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. Multiple flexible extension cords were attached to the building surfaces by tape, tying knots in the cords, and wrapping it around existing conduit. The flexible cords were supplying power for various hand tools being used in assembly production area of the facility by employee(s).
