29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Powered industrial trucks. Traveling. The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. a) On or about March 20, 2024, employer did not ensure that the operator for the Prime-Mover SN Electric Walkie Straddle Stacker Truck had a clear view of the path of travel during operation in that employees were operating with a solid metal piece on the mast preventing a clear line of sight in the direction of travel.
