29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026: a) Bosio Metal Specialties - 409 Industrial Dr., North Wales, PA, - On or about February 21, 2024, employees who weld and laser cut on stainless steel containing hexavalent chromium could not demonstrate the knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026: . The employer did not provide appropriate information and training to the exposed employees as required by this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
