29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) In the main shop at 570 Newton St. South Hadley, MA: On or about January 31, 2024, the employer did not provide access to Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous materials used in the work areas. Employees work with various hazardous materials including but not limited to Soudal Soudafoam Door & Window Genius Gun, fiberglass insulation, and flammable paints.
