On or about January 9, 2024, and days prior to, Lowell Manufacturing Company Inc. located at 100 Integram Drive in Pacific Missouri did not provide the appropriate respirator training on the use of tight-fitting, on-demand facepiece respirators to employees working at the paint shop that required to use them.
