29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(1): The employer did not include respirable crystalline silica in the program established to comply with the hazard communication standard (HCS) (29 CFR 1910.1200). On or about November 16, 2023, at the location of Waverly Rd. and Vine St. Willowick OH, 44095: The employer did not have a written hazard communication program that included respirable crystalline silica. Employees were exposed to respirable dust containing crystalline silica when cutting concrete aprons with walk behind and hand saws.
