29 CFR 1926.1153(e)(1)(ii): Respiratory protection was not provided for tasks not listed in Table 1, or where the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection described in Table 1: JOBSITE: On or about April 20, 2023, where engineering controls for Table 1 were not implemented to control exposure to concrete dust, the employer did not ensure respiratory protection was provided for the worker exposed to respirable crystalline silica during tasks such as (but not limited to) jackhammering concrete.
