29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): a) Paint Booth Area - On or about 3/09/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that, employees required to wear a 3M tight-fitting half face respirators while painting parts for the projects when the employer failed to ensure that employees required to use 3M tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT) in the workplace.
