29 CFR 1926.1211(b): Employees who were designated as having to provide permit space rescue and/or emergency services did not take the following measures nor have the equipment onsite or the training to perform these services: a) Worksite Manholes, Mount Laurel NJ: On or about 03/02/23 and 03/03/23 employees who were designated as having to provide permit space rescue and/or emergency services did not have the equipment available on site nor the training to provide such services. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILUE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
