29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location: 208 Highland Ave, Malden, MA On or about 02/21/2023, employees were allowed to work on a flat roof at the rear of the residence who were not protected by any form of fall protection system. The Evolution Roofing Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1464173, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/11/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1190 Bedford St, Whitman, MA.
