29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2)(v)(C):Until the employer performed an employee exposure assessment as required under 29 CFR 1926.62(d) and determined actual employee exposure, the employer did not provide to employees performing the tasks described in 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2)(i), (d)(2)(ii), (d)(2)(iii), and (d)(2)(iv) with change areas in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2): At a jobsite located at 424 South Kansas Avenue Topeka, Kansas, employees performing paint preparation and paint scraping activities in room 106 were exposed to the hazards associated with exposure to lead in that no change areas were provided to employees so they could change out of work clothes into clean street clothes.
