29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(D): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control measures: a) On or about December 10, 2022, at the axle line, employees were performing servicing and maintenance activities on the lift table comprised of components including, but not limited to a roller conveyor and Southworth LS lift table with energy sources such as, but not limited to hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical. The procedures did not include specific steps to verify the effectiveness of the energy control measures.
