29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) 401 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19711 (Column C3): On or about November 29, 2022, CSHO observed access to the electrical equipment was not maintained to permit ready and safe operation in that the space around the 240V equipment was used for storage to include but not limited to cardboard boxes, loss papers, and cases of copy paper. b) 401 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19711 (Column C5): On or about November 29, 2022, CSHO observed access to the electrical equipment was not maintained to permit ready and safe operation in that the space around the 240V equipment was used for storage to include but not limited to mail carts with trays of letters and bins with heavy parcels.
