29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Worksite: On or about 9/1/2022, the employer did not train employees on the hazardous chemicals located in their work area, to include but not limited to Pro-880 Wallpaper Adhesive, Air Conditioner Foaming Cleaner, Stainless Steel Polish, 4-cycle Engine Oil, Mold Blocking Primer, Paints, Concrete Cleaner and Etcher, Ortho Bug B-Gon, Muriatic Acid.
