29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Location: 2441-A Boston Rd, Bronx, NY a) On or about May 14, 2022 the employer did not provide a training program for an employee exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20' while laying on a 41" wide parapet wall to paint a fa�ade without being trained. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item, failure to comply will result in an additional penalty of $1,000.00 as per 29 CFR 1903.19.
