29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: Workplace located at 2700 W. 16th St., Sedalia, Missouri- Hallway between Lehr 5 and Lehr 6- Fans 28 & 29 and similar fans were not fully guarded shaft in which employees were required to work above the improperly guarded pulleys and shafts in order to ignite pilot lights.
