29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6):Electrical wiring, motors, and other equipment outside of but within twenty (20) feet of any spray area, and not separated therefrom by partitions, produced sparks under normal operating conditions and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations: On or about April 13, 2022 the paint booth contained a window unit air conditioner unit/heater that does not conform to subpart S for Class 1, Division 2 locations, exposing employees to fire hazards.
