29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The procedures shall clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, the following: specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy; (a) At an establishment located at N2467 Vaughan Road, in Waupaca, Wisconsin; in the Paint Area; the written energy control procedures for the Primer Oven did not have specific procedural steps to de-energize and isolate the gas energy source by means of blanking, blinding, misaligning or removing sections of lines or pipe, and double block and bleed system. (b) At an establishment located at N2467 Vaughan Road, in Waupaca, Wisconsin; in the Paint Area; the written energy control procedures for the Core Box Oven did not have specific procedural steps to de-energize and isolate the gas energy source by means of blanking, blinding, misaligning or removing sections of lines or pipe, and double block and bleed system.
