29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press. See Table O-10. On or before 2/7/2022 the employer did not ensure that the presses located on the workshop floor were properly guarded in that employees were exposed to caught in hazards at the point of operations while operating the presses such as: a) On or about 2/4/22 the employer did not ensure that the point of operation for the Rousselle part revolution power press (model # 4E) was properly guarded. b) On or about 1/31/22 the employer did not ensue that the point of operation for Rousselle part resolution power press (model #3) was properly guarded. c) On or about 1/24/22 the employer did not ensure that the point of operation for the Pistorius part revolution power press (model SC-13P-RH) was properly guarded.
