29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On, or about, April 13, 2022, in the following locations, employees were not provided with suitable eye wash units when performing tasks with corrosive liquids: A. Packing Room Annex, Power Foam ALS was used for cleaning. B. Babbco Tunnel room, Foaming Caustic Cleaner FP was used to clean the oven belt.
