29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3):A safe place to ride was not provided where riding a powered industrial truck(s) was authorized: (a) A & B Business, Inc. at 1600 North A Avenue in Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to November 3, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from struck-by hazards in that an employee rode on materials on the forks to stabilize the load during movement. This condition exposed one employee to struck-by hazards.
