29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. At 1616 Woodson Rd, Overland, MO 63114 - On or about July 29, 2021, employees of Universal Granite & Marble INC were exposed to struck-by hazards while working in the "fall shadow" of stone slabs during the process of unloading shipping containers.
