29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: (a) On or about July 7, 2021 - 108 Von Braun Drive, Huntsville, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when employees were not required to wear head protection when stone slabs could break while parts of the slab were above the head and broken components could fall on the head.
