29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A):Retraining was not provided for authorized and affected employees when there was a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that presented a new hazard, or when there was a change in the energy control procedures: On or about November 04, 2021 an employee was not retrained on the line 6 energy control procedures. The employee had worked and was trained on the line 1-4 energy control procedures and line 6 was a new line with different equipment than line 1-4.
