29 CFR 1926.50(e): Proper equipment for prompt transportation of injured person(s) to a physician or hospital or a communication system for contacting necessary ambulance service, was not provided: The employer is failing to provide employees with an adequate communication system for contacting necessary ambulance service. On or about November 4, 2020 employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while demolishing a bridge located at 17497 S Burnett School Road in Ashland, Missouri. The employer did not provide an adequate communication system to use in the event of serious injury.
