29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about September 3, 2020, and at times prior thereto; in the electrical/equipment room on the top roof, where the flexible cord used to power oil heater did not strain relief device causing a transmission of tension to joints and or terminals.
