29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees vacuuming lime pebble and granular quicklime from a lime pit were exposed to inhalation hazards. The employer did not provide training on use, limitations, and storage of respiratory protection to the employees who are required to use respirators.
