29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: (a) On or about March 9, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards when they climbed up and sat on a two (2) inch wide top of the dumpster walls and/or climbed into the 40 yard dumpster and exposed to a 8 foot 7 inch fall hazard.
