29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold(s) trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize those hazards associated with the type of scaffold(s) being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: On or about February 13, 2020, at the New Sherman High School Project, employees were working on a welded frame scaffold with numerous hazards and did not remove themselves from the hazards. The employees performing masonry activities were exposed to fall hazards of up to 18 feet to the concrete.
