29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above the floor or platform were not enclosed: (a) On or around January 24, 2020 and at times prior thereto at the Anthony Timberland sawmill in Arkadelphia, Arkansas the employer did not enclose the gear/sprocket and chain assembly on the left side of the control panel, which is less than seven feet above the floor/operating elevation to protect workers.
