29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (a) Urban Outfitters, Inc. d.b.a. Anthropologie at 3000 E 1st Ave, Denver, CO: On and around December 12, 2019, the employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets (SDS) for each hazardous chemical at the site. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, Glidden Premium Paint and Primer - White, Rustoleum Spray Paint - Flat white, and Miniwax Wood Finish Stain Marker - Early American 230 but the employer did not obtain, maintain, and make readily available the SDSs. This condition exposed employee to chemical health hazards.
