29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of respirable dust (particulates not otherwise regulated) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 5 mg/m3: On or about October 16, 2019, in the gray cement area where employees bagging gray cement were exposed to concentrations between 9.1 to 9.8 mg/m³ respirable dust (particulates not otherwise regulated) over an 8 hour Time Weighted Average. Sesco Cement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1000 (a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209161, citation number 1 item number 6a and was affirmed as a final order on February 07, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8510 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044.
