29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(B): The energized part was not insulated from the employee and from any other conductive object at a different potential: At 6061 SW 80th Street, SOUTH MIAMI, FL, 33143: On or about September 21, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed a Lineman to an electrocution hazard when working on energized parts of an electrical pole, such as an on and off switch that was not insulated from other conductive objects at a different potential. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
