29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a. On or about September 11, 2019, located at 136 Mainsail Drive in Westerville, Ohio, the employer did not instruct employees in the safe recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to framing residential homes, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with wood framing work, i.e. falls and struck-by hazards.
