29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group, LLC DBA 13th Floor Haunted House at 3400 E 52nd Ave Denver, CO 80216: On and before August 26, 2019, the employer did not provide information and training to employees in regards to safety data sheets. Employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, gasoline, cleaners, resins, primers, and paints to build and clean the haunted house. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
